Our carpet showroom is laid out to make browsing simple with areas for each carpet type. We offer you a calm and relaxed showroom environment enabling you to browse at your leisure or feel free to ask for assistance if required.

Measure

We start by offering free, no-obligation consultation to help you choose the best flooring solution for your space, style, and budget. We can bring samples to your home or business, allowing you to see how they’ll look in your environment and discuss any queries with you at ease in your own home.

Step 2

Your quotation

We will provide you with a free written quotation outlining the costs involved with supplying and fitting your new flooring in your property including any additional work that is required. If acceptable to you, our terms are that a 50% deposit is required to confirm your order which allows us to book your fitting date and order your new flooring in readiness for fitting.

Step 3

Your fitting day

We require rooms to be empty on the day of fitting, any furniture that is left in the room should be minimal and have been discussed with us at the point of the initial consultation. Our fitters are booked on a morning or afternoon appointment basis and this will normally be confirmed to you at the point of you accepting the quotation along with any other information that is important.

Step 4

Post installation

Once your floor has been installed and all necessary work has been completed, we will call to discuss and check that you are completely satisfied with your new flooring. Once confirmed the balance of the quotation will be invoiced for payment. Rest assured, we are always here to support you with any after sales queries and can provide assistance with the maintenance of your new flooring.
